Remains of David Carter, a 39-year-old father from Melvindale, MI were found alongside I-75 near Findlay on October 1st. Days after, a person of interest was arrested, but then released. On the morning of October 10th, additional police presence caused slowdowns on the same stretch of highway. Divers were present, and a pond is allegedly being dredged.
