If you have water damage, there are three emergency services/disaster cleanup companies in town that can help. As always, only call the city’s emergency services (fire, ambulance, police) in the occurrence of an actual emergency.

  • Rainbow International: Website (419) 425-0307

If the flood reaches the predicted 17 foot stage, the City of Findlay has a map of all the streets that would be effected. It can be viewed here. Please note it is a large file, and may take some extra time to load.
The National Weather Service maintains a constantly-updated chart showing the depth of the Blanchard River, Lye Creek, and Eagle Creek. The chart shows the various flood stages, also. There are also names and phone numbers for local resources and services. All of this can be found here.
There are a number of roads closed in and around town. Google Maps has a real-time flood closure map here. The Courier also has a list of road closures, and areas of high water, here.
For a list of event cancellations, please see this page. If you have an event that needs added to the cancellation list, call (419)422-2056.
On Tuesday the 18th, the city will pick up flood-damaged debris. The debris needs to be on the curb no later than 7am Tuesday.
The city has a non-emergency call center, which can be reached at (419) 424-7000.
