After a 4-year hiatus, a North Findlay icon in the oil change business has re-opened its doors. Maralube Express, located at 2410 N. Main Street has new owners, Jon and Anita Loman, who also own Northside Auto & Truck (the old Northside Marathon).

The business offers oil changes, along with various other maintenance services including wiper blades, light bulb replacement, fluid services, etc. Hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, and 8am to Noon on Saturday. Wednesday hours may potentially be extended per customer input. Service is first-come, first-served. Customers are welcome to wait in the clean and updated waiting area, or may leave vehicles for pick up later.

They are considering holding “car-care” classes for the general public. Topics would cover “Basic Automotive Care” and “How to talk to your mechanic,” as well as a class for young drivers.

If you have bigger issues with your car, such as warning light diagnosis, engines, transmissions, head gaskets, brakes, need new tires, etc., take it to Northside Auto, located at 310 E Bigelow Ave. Loman has 30 years of experience with Northside, and has owned it for the last decade. Both Maralube Express and Northside Auto & Truck accept the Marathon credit card as well as all nationally known cards, cash or local checks.
