We accept returns of items that have been unworn and unwashed. We do not accept returns of items that have been used or washed. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit minus the original shipping amount. Because every one of our shirts are made-to-order, we are not able to issue cash or credit card refunds. We recommend local pick-up if you can to avoid delivery charges. Customers will be notified via telephone/email when their orders are available for pick-up. All pick-ups will be in the lobby at The Courier, 701 W. Sandusky St. Findlay,OH 45840.

Orders are usually shipped out within 7 business days after order is processed. However, due to fluctuations in demand and supply quantities, orders can take several weeks to ship. Standard First-Class Mail delivery is usually 2-3 days. Priority Mail also includes USPS Tracking® and up to $50 of insurance.
