Auction Items
To place a bid you must first register to create an account. After the account is created you will be eligible to bid on auction items. You will receive an email for each successful bid placed. You may need to refresh the bid page to ensure that you are viewing the most current wining bid. Once the auction has ended you will receive an email notifying that you won. In that email will be a link to connect to PayPal to finalize the payment. You may need to register with PayPal to make your payment if you do not previously have an account with them. All bids are final and the winner is responsible for making the payment. In the event the winner cannot comply then the next highest bid will be awarded.
Payment
When you are ready to check out, you will be redirected to PayPal. You can sign in using your existing PayPal information, create a new PayPal account, or checkout as a guest and enter your payment info directly.
Returns/Exchanges
We stand behind all the products we sell. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date. We accept returns of items that have been unworn and unwashed. We do not accept returns of items that have been used or washed. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit minus the original shipping amount. Because every one of our shirts are made-to-order, we are not able to issue cash or credit card refunds. Shipping
We recommend local pick-up if you can to avoid delivery charges. Customers will be notified via telephone/email when their orders are available for pick-up. All pick-ups will be in the lobby at The Courier, 701 W. Sandusky St. Findlay,OH 45840.
We ship anywhere in the world and provide several options for means of delivery. All shipping charges are calculated in real-time based on the weight of your order and your location. You will need to proceed through checkout to calculate accurate shipping rates and delivery times.
Orders are usually shipped out within 7 business days after order is processed. However, due to fluctuations in demand and supply quantities, orders can take several weeks to ship. Standard First-Class Mail delivery is usually 2-3 days. Priority Mail also includes USPS Tracking® and up to $50 of insurance.
