Social Findlay received confirmation from KFC’s corporate headquarters that a second location is on its way to town. The fast food restaurant will be located at 1225 Tiffin Ave., formerly Mr. Lee’s Express Chinese restaurant.
Construction crews broke ground on July 15th. The restaurant is expected to be open by the end of 2019.
The Hancock County Auditor’s website dates the real estate transfer to 7/3/2019. The site is now owned by Plaza Street Fund 64 LLC, based out of Kansas City, KS. According to their website, they manage fast food restaurant projects throughout the country.
