Biggby Coffee Findlay announced in October 2018 that they will be opening a second Findlay location. The recently-closed Spaghetti Shop, located at 718 W Trenton Ave., will be remodeled. The owners, Will & Angie Briggs, have been eyeing the location for a while. In fact, the original plan 10 years ago was to open on the west side, but things planned out differently, bringing the east side Tiffin Ave. shop to fruition first.
Social Findlay spoke with Will. He mentioned that the Tiffin Ave. business has many faithful customers from the west side of town. They will surely be happy with the news of this additional location, which will include a drive-thru.
Clouse Construction from New Riegel started demolition in June 2019. The location will have a new, modern design. The site will be hiring between 25 to 30 new baristas before opening.
The anticipated opening is October 2019.
