Feasel’s annual Winter Wonderland weekends kick off this Saturday, December 2nd. Featuring music, Santa, a live reindeer, and more. This is not an event to miss! Social Findlay will be there live-streaming part of the kickoff event.
Romick Railway will be offering train rides from 4-9pm. Santa will arrive with a real reindeer and sleigh at 5pm. Everyone is welcome to take their own photos with Santa, but professional photos will also be available. Julie Hanes Photography will be on site from 5-8pm. Julie will pass out business cards, and prints can be ordered from her website for a small fee. Musical entertainment will be provided by the Millstream Singers at 5 and 7pm, and St. Michael Children’s Choir from 6-6:30.
If you can’t make it to the first weekend, festivities will continue on December 9th and 16th. Just note that there will not be live music on the 9th, and on the 16th, the Millstream Singers will perform from 6-6:30 & 7-7:30.
Whether or not you make it on one of these dates, there’s still reason to stop by… Feasel’s has a very special mailbox set up exclusively for letters to Santa! Bring in your letter by December 16th, and Santa will have a reply for you to pick up on the 20th! Just make sure you put your name on your letter so he knows who to reply to.
Additional December activities include a wreath making workshop on the 5th at 6pm. The cost is $25, and you must reserve a spot by calling (419)423-4223. Wear your ugliest Christmas Sweater to a wine tasting from 5-8pm on December 7th. Tickets are $10 for 5 tastings. A Porch Pot Class takes place that same night at 6pm. Bring your own pot to fill with greenery, or purchase one at Feasel’s. Participants can purchase wine tasting tickets for $5. The final wine tasting of the year is from 5-8pm on the 14th.
Feasel’s is also accepting donations of new unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots. There is a box in the store where you can drop off items, whether you’re stopping by to shop, or not.
On top of the events, Feasel’s also offers free ELF deliveries and removals of Christmas trees! Contact them for details.
