Employees and customers fought back against a man who attempted to rob a Marathon gas station early Saturday, Findlay police reported.
Jeremy Sherbrook, 29, address unknown, entered the Marathon station at 525 W. Trenton Ave. around 12:10 a.m. He was wearing a mask, brandishing wire cutters and demanding money, police reported.
Sherbrook was subdued by employees and customers, police said. He was then taken into custody by police for robbery.
He is being held at the Hancock County jail pending a court appearance.
One employee suffered minor injuries, police said.
