The area has seen a day and night of rain, and there is more in the forecast. The National Weather Service predicts the river to crest at 12.3 feet Friday evening. This is considered moderate flooding. Major flood stage is 13.5 feet and above. Eagle Creek is projected to crest at 10.1 feet around 10am Friday morning.
