You may most recently remember the room above Legends, 411 S. Main Street in Findlay, as a ballroom. It has recently been transformed into ‘The HD Lounge at Legends,” Northwest Ohio’s newest indoor entertainment and dining venue. The space consists of 4 bays, each featuring a large HD screen setup as sports simulators. 7 sports are available to play: golf, baseball, dodgeball, hockey, football, soccer, and shooting. Xbox is also hooked up with a selection of games, or you can bring your own.
Red Hawk Run’s director of golf, David Brim, is on hand at the facility to help with golf club fittings, and for private lessons. Weighted mats, cameras, and special technology allow you to receive feedback about your game on your own. In fact, area schools and universities have started coming to the facility for additional practice and training.
Each bay has its own table and seating where you can enjoy drinks from the full-service bar, or food from the main Legends menu. Two of the screens have television hookups, which will allow major sporting events to be broadcast. Follow their Facebook page for the latest events such as tournaments, a Super Bowl Party, and more.
Bays are charged by the hourly rate of $45, no matter how many people are present, although the recommended maximum is 6. A $25 rate is available for students with a valid school ID. Kids under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Kids can have a bay to play Xbox for $25 with a 1-hour adult booking. Several membership tiers are also available in partnership with Red Hawk Run golf course.
