Valentine’s Day is right around the corner – have you made your plans yet? If not, have no fear! We’ve gone through our Social Findlay Events Calendar to find some of the best events and specials around Findlay to help you plan a special day with your Valentine. These events span the next week so there’s something for everyone’s schedule. Into yoga? Dancing? Hiking? No matter what you love, you’re sure to find the right way to celebrate with the one you love.
Feb 10: Partner Yoga Workshop – $18-$36

Bring a partner, friend, sibling, or just yourself and celebrate Valentine’s Day early with some partner yoga! This special flow class will include partner poses to build communication, self-awareness, and trust and strengthen the bond between partners. After the flow, enjoy some chocolate and wine! No yoga experience is necessary.
Feb 11: Valentine’s Dinner Dance – $50
Hosted By: St. Michael the Archangel Parish
St. Michael Marriage Enrichment Valentine’s Dinner Dance including a Mass, cocktails, dinner and dance. Dinner provided by Bistro on Main. Wine & Beer, free-will offering. NEW THIS YEAR – ON SITE CHILDCARE!!! Babysitting, Pizza & Valentine craft will be provided for a free-will offering.

Feb 11: American Girl Valentine Tea – $25-$30

Children ages 6-12 with an accompanying adult, are encouraged to bring a doll and come dressed for the occassion! Enjoy tea and treats served by the Victorian Ladies, while learning about proper tea etiquette for a Victorian tea party, and make Victorian valentines and crafts.

Feb 11: Lover’s Lane Luminary Cross-Country Ski or Hike – $15

Are you in need of a date night idea for your Valentine? Bring your sweetheart to Riverbend to take a leisurely glide or hike down our luminary-lit trails under the full moon. Light refreshments will be provided by the fire in Shelter 3. Cross country skiing is subject to weather; 4 to 6 inches of snow is required for skiing.
Feb 11: Prohibition Valentine’s Day Soiree – $25-$30

Join the Jones Mansion for a Valentine’s Day Prohibition themed event. The Mansion will be Findlay’s only Speakeasy that will require a special password to enter. Classic hors d’oeuvres and other special delights will be available to nosh on and included with the price of entry is a dip into our Prohibition Punch, that packs a punch. Elijah’s will be open if your whistle needs further wetting.
Feb 14: Valentine Evening Tea – $30

Celebrate Valentine’s Day by joining Swan House Tea Room’s first evening tea of 2017! This event will include endless pots of tea, soup and salad course, savory scones, a tiered tea tray and live harp music.

No experience necessary! Have some fun with your partner before dinner, treat yourself to a night out, or bring friends! Valentine’s playlist at the ready! Lesson followed by open dancing to practice, and meet new people.
