Vehicle hits fire hydrant on Sandusky St. breaking underground pipes

City workers report a possible hit-and-run accident on the corner of California Ave. and West Sandusky St. in Findlay this morning. A vehicle allegedly hit a fire hydrant causing the pipes underground to break and flood the area. City workers had to dig up the corner lot to stop the leak and make repairs. Use caution when in this area as workers are still repairing the issue.
