McDonalds is expanding. The drive thru has remained open throughout construction.
1909 Tiffin Ave.
Domino’s is coming to Findlay’s East side! The 2 Findlay locations are locally-owned by Brian Edler. Learn more here.
1225 Tiffin Ave
Mr. Lee’s Chinese restaurant is being converted into Findlay’s 2nd KFC location.
410 S. Main St.
Formerly Ben Franklin’s, the building has been renovated into multiple business spaces on the ground floor, and apartments on the 2nd floor. The Baker’s Cafe and State Bank will be opening at this location in December.
1403 N. Main St.
Casey’s General Store is in the early stages of transforming the former Huntington Bank site at the corner of N. Main St. & Trenton Ave. Casey’s is a convenience store & gas station chain.
3114 N. Main St.
This lot, located next to Kieth’s Dugout, will be a salon & suites called Northern Loft. The lot is owned by Coko LLC., register to Barbara & Thomas Kochheiser of Findlay.

Revive Hair Studio & Quality PT have totally renovated the former Brandy’s/Whisky Venue into a classy physical therapy studio & salon. A full service spa & will be added in early 2020. A local coffee shop will also be opening a satellite location in the building!

Crawford Station Apartments is now taking applications for 2-4 bedroom condo-type apartments. Rent ranges from $675-1050.
